Friend to Friend Process

Here's one process for clearing an emotional blockage about a specific event.

Answer these Questions:
1. What do you WANT for you? (NO-ONE ELSE, JUST YOU!)
2. What are you FEELING(identify the emotion that goes with)
3. What are you DOING (to get what you want)?
4. What do you NEED to do about it? (if anything)
- - - Will you do it?
- - - When will you do it?
- - - How will you do it?
- - - Will you let me know how it goes?
5. Close with a prayer, handshake, hug, etc.

The secret is to go through these questions 3-6 times. Do not answer the same way twice. Each time must be different.

Write the answers down, especially if you are doing this process for yourself.

No conning yourself. I want (insert name of some-one else) to stop abusing me verbally (for example) . <<<< unacceptable answer. you have no control over others. It must be honest, true and short one to 5 words.

I want to feel peace. <<

After the 3rd or 4th time through, the emotions may be flowing.

If the answer to the third questions becomes "Nothing! I am not doing anything to get what I want!!" Then last question changes from what are you DOING to get what you want? to what do you NEED to do to get what you want?

People can come up with their own answers... which is great! If they CHOOSE to continue to do nothing, then it is out of your hands, and you just say "OK! we are done here. Goodbye" That can really shakes things up. By saying that, you transfer the responsibility to the person (or yourself). They must at that point stop looking to others for the answer.

It's a tiny book, only about 60 pages. Very cool, and gives case histories, and has a single page of directions to follow.

What lights me up

- Seeing people "break-through" from limiting beliefs to truly FEELING their Unlimited Personal Power!

- Laughing and connecting with my wife, my kids and my grandkids (actually, and my parents, my sisters, my brother, my friends, my students, etc. etc)… I just love to connect, and I love to Laugh! There are a lot of differences about people I like, but there is one thing similar about all those I love --- they all make me Laugh!

- Building successful businesses, both online and in-person, esp. those with Passive Income possibilities!

- Living my life purpose (and making a living at it!)

- Playing sports (or doing about anything) at 100% of my capabilities. Feeling completely 'used up' and 'spent' afterwards.

- Coming up with very cool Concepts that could / will make a difference in people's lives!

- Learning, learning, learning and Doing, doing, doing.

- Being excited about getting out of bed in the morning.
